  • Rabbit, what was your calorie intake while you were losing weight?
  • I started using it in January and have had good results! The week that I worked out I lost 4 pounds and the week I didn't work out or eat great because I was at a work conference I still managed to lose 2 pounds so I'm sticking with it. Hopefully this second week of workouts and CLA delivers another 4 pound weightloss!

  • I don't know how to post pictures, haha.
  • https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/310549_2030333559632_1282890031_31890698_1356631575_n.jpg does that work??
  • I will be doing Body Revolution again with maybe an additional treadmill session after each workout! My sister is staying with me over the summer and she wants to do the program so we will be working out together :).
  • Oh my gosh I'm so scared! Good thing I don't work at my part-time tonight so I'll be able to rewind if needed. Won't be the case tomorrow so we'll see how it goes :/.
  • The first circuit of workout 7 is definitely a challenge for me! Not so much the plank moves but the pushups. I can't do a decent "real" pushup and now I can't even do the modified ones because of how bad my knees have gotten :(.
  • I've never had an injury but my right knee has always been my "weak" one. Whenever I do squat moves for a long period of time it starts bothering me and cracking a lot. Rosied915 that's a good idea!! I might try that next time so I at least get as low as possible instead of just looking sad and doing a lazy attempt :).
  • I have started using lots of flax seeds and I've certainly seen improvement! Once a day, now on most days. yay!
  • My favorite is "Fat is just stored energy." from one of her podcasts. It makes me work harder because I wanna burn fat=use up that energy!
  • I loved it!! I had to rewind it a few times in order to do-over the moves because I wanted to get them right. One legged squats are super hard for me as are the woodchoppers. My balance isn't that advanced, haha! Doing workout 6 today but won't be able to rewind it since I work at my part-time today.
  • Thank you!! I eat a lot of lettuce for lunch but other than that my veggie intake is minimal. Maybe fruits would help too. Roander, I'm averaging like 4 liters of water or more a day!!
  • I do my Phase 1 measurements this Sunday! But so far (last time I checked) I've lost 5 pounds! Not as much as I was expecting but I haven't been the best with my eating habits.

  • My mom has the Hip Hop Abs! Mind you, she hasn't done them haha. I did them a couple of times during one summer I was home and oh my God I wanted to throw up every single time. It's intense! Hmm, maybe I can borrow them from her.
  • That sounds awesome! Yeah, my stomach and my arms are my bigger problem areas. We'll see how I look after Body Rev but I definitely enjoy weight lifting!
  • I finish my first month this Saturday! Weight hasn't really come off that much but I think I look better. I haven't been following the meal plan and try to stay at around 1200 caloric intake but have had a few days where I do go out for drinks and eat unhealthy. I can definitely tell I am stronger, though!! Will let you…
  • Also, I haven't really gotten sore since I started the program. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME :(.
  • Did workout 3 yesterday! Part of it felt really hard and some parts didn't. I think I really need to master the moves before I can do them correctly. My balance sucks!! Here's hoping i don't phone it in for the next one.
  • I've been trying to make healthier choices but as long as I stay in my calorie range I don't sweat it too much. I haven't gone out that much either. My mom took us to Burger King and I had the Tendergrill with no mayo and just small fries. I had had a low cal day so I stayed in my range. My friend's birthday is this…
  • haha, I noticed that too!!
  • Great suggestions!! I start Phase 1 Week 3 on Monday and I'm nervous. This will certainly help :)
  • I tried the deliberate kick and the pain is no more! I realized that I was just kind of swinging my leg back with no control or work so focusing on the glutes and driving my foot back really helped. thank you so much!!
  • I have the same concern as you, though. So I just started eating 1200 calories flat and not eating back any of the ones I exercise (like fitnesspal tells you to do). So far that's actually helped with the weight loss.
  • I'm 5'6 165 pounds and usually burn 330+ and use 5 to 8 pound bells and try to bust my butt!
  • Okay, so maybe I'm not too off. I've been fluctuating between 165-168 and I usually burn 330+ on the workouts.
  • Thank you !!!
  • No wonder I haven't lost any weight! I have a HRM and probably have been over estimating my calorie burn a bunch (it usually tells me I burn 300+. Anyone else here 165+? I know weight and height also affect burn so if you guys are lighter it might be why you are burning less too?
  • My bf just brought me surprised pad thai for lunch, oops. Also, I was not able to workout this morning since I got home so late. I'm taking this as my rest day and doing extra workouts tomorrow to make up for today's calories as well as working out Sunday.
  • Yeah, I've been trying to go that low too but end up getting really hungry and near binging point. We'll see, though. Maybe after tweaking it a little everyday I'll be able to do it.
  • Thinking about using today as my rest day since I don't think I'll have time in between jobs. I'm staying late at my full time job and need to rush to my part-time. I don't work this weekend so I'm pretty sure I could squeeze the workouts in then! Planning to hopefully get up at 5am tomorrow to get Friday's workout in just…
