Cardio 2- Foot pain?
Does anyone get reeeeally achy feet with cardio 2? I'm trying to determine whether it's just normal for me to get pain in my feet or if it's just a sign I need new shoes.

TMI---Digestion
Does anyone know the best way to be regular? I'm being pretty bad (last weekend my last bathroom trip was Thursday morning and I didn't go again until Monday morning D: ) This week has been a bit more regular but not satisfactory. I'm trying to up my fiber and drink lots of water but it's not helping. Any tips for me?

Donkey Kicks
So I'm in Phase 1 (restarted since I took like a week long break) and I notice that when I do the Donkey Kicks I get a cramp-like pain in the back of my leg around the back of my knees. Anyone else feel this?
