I love my fish Broiled. Tilapia is my favorite with a little salt, pepper and paparika. Or try fillet Red Snapper Broiled, season to taste and yes try different marinades. Most importantly, enjoy your food:)

Hi Traveler, try keeping plenty of tuna on hand. And Im in Love with the Birdseye steamer vegetables, dry milk you can mix per servings and low fat cereal. Apples and oranges keep well. Hope that helps

Im not a smoker either but Im gonna echo the others. Portion control is very important, eat plenty of raw and/or steamed vegetables, drink your water requirment and eat 4-5 small meals per day... How that helps. You can do it!!

Eating smaller meals under 500 calories which includes plenty of raw and/or steamed vegetables along with friut and plenty of water has really helped me stay under my calories and Im not hungry during the day. You have to find your balance but water is your main component.

Please reward yourself sometimes!! Get that coke (12 0z can) once every now and then isn't gonna kill you. Enjoy that Coke and get back to your water.

Don't forget to eat your good fats, coconut oil, olive oil, raw nuts (almonds), berrys and DRINK YOUR WATER. Half your body weight in oz's is your water requirment. You can do it!!

Sure add me!!! Just started last week myself. It's good to put together a plan for your day, how much your gonna workout and what your gonna eat for each meal then post to your diary. You Can Do It!!:smile:

Please don't give up on yourself. You can do whatever you put your mind to and you are very important to your family and friends. So just take one day at a time, one pound at a time and one meal at a time. Good luck!!
