Hi!
I just joined this site today. I'm not doing P90X, but am doing Insanity. We are finishing our 5th week. I LOVE the program, but haven't lost anything. Not one pound and I am sooo frustrated!!! I've been curious about P90X as our next "Challenge", but want to hear about REAL people's results! I can't use their crazy system on calorie intake, since it says I should be eating around 6500 a day!! Seriously??? I think I eat really healthy, so hopefully this site will help with what I am apparently missing!
Good luck to you because I KNOW how HARD these programs are!!!

It is hard those first few weeks to keep staying motivated when not seeing results like you want but stay with it and the pounds start shedding off in phase 3!
I actually moved my workouts to the mornings so nothing would interfere with them around day 40 and I found it a lot better since I knew exactly when I was working out and actually looked forward to them!0 -
Finished my first 90 days in June.
Currently finishing up week 3 of the first phase.
Feel free to add me if you like.
Keep pushing play. Every day. At least try to follow the basics of the nutrition. The program works. Be patient. You will succeed.0 -

All the thousands of results are ther, you can click on the link with the pic for review!
I personally saw it work on a friend and she did the classic version..did not bulk up as women may think but she got toned and lean.
For the calorie intake, from my research its 10X your total body weight in pounds but staying in this range min 1300- 1700 max
Also when doing p90x do not look a the scale but take your measurements every two weeks
like yr hips, thighs etc. The weight lifting will make you gain weight on the scale but you will look slimmer on the mirro
But year pounds will drop wit time...0 -
I just barely started phase 2. And it's a killer! Waaaay harder than phase 1 was but I love every minute of it. I decided to just dive right in and start with the doubles routine. I've adopted the 'no pain, no gain' mentality. The exercises are far more intense with a very different range of motion. But you'll get through it. I look forward to every workout now!0
