  • Will be motivated tomorrow - I worked my postal route today and that always drains the energy right out of me - tomorrow I am running my daycare, we always have fun dancing and going for walks.
  • I don't think that is sad - that is what I would like to do but I have two small children and just don't have the finances to pay a babysitter so I can go work out. I try to exercise at home (sit-ups, etc) and take walks with my children and dance with my daycare kids but have not done a FULL workout in a long time.

  • Right - eat those burned until 1200 - also, if you add maybe a half a mile onto your walk or run for an extra 5 minutes - I was told that your body will get used to your "normal" exercise and will no longer burn the way it used to and that you have to increase the exercise again to get it to start to burn again.
