I returning to running but I recall losing weight that way the last time. It's a good all-over exercise. I'm starting my runs on Sunday.0

Not necessarily. It depends on your fitness level. Walking may be better for some people than running. Swimming is a terrific, non-impact exercise. Running is a fabulous way to burn calories, but not necessarily the end-all be-all.0

Whatever exercise you like (and therefore will do consistently) is the best exercise. If you like running (I do!), then sure! If you don't, find something else to get your cardio in - running is great, but there's nothing magical about it from a weight loss and/or fitness standpoint.0

I am not a runner and am attempting when I can - two small kids at home keep that from happening most of the time - but I ran a couple weeks ago and my neighbor caught me at the end of a half mile and I could barely talk to her - breathing was a small issue - but I will try again tomorrow.0

Depends on who you talk to.
Some think its the best. Some think its horrible for you.
Plus it all depends on what you're trying to accomplish.0 -
yes...that is totally it for me.....it gives me a high because i feel like i have accomplished something that i don't quite feel when i do my workout videos...I am not sure why......but it works for me.....0
