I consider anything over 15 reps is cardio and isn't building muscle but just raising heart rate.

I eat breakfast, snack before and after workout, Lunch, snack, and dinner

Build muscle with strength training. Weight training your body will give you the tone you want. Don't worry you will not "bulk" up. Unless you go into huge weights.

I love the gym but I also want a treadmill. The gym is a great place to find help from trainers who will give you advice and encouragement. I am on a free week trial at a few gyms deciding which one to choose for the membership. Great way to get to know what you're signing up for before you do it.

That was my max bench in high school when I weighed 260 lbs. Now it has dropped to around 260. I will definitely be working towards the 300 Max bench again but my main goal is running. Lowering the metabolic rate.

I just dont like it when people dont wipe off their station. If someone is on the machine I planned on using, I find something else to do. There are most likely plenty of other things you can do in your gym while you wait for your time slot to open.

I was unhappy with my lifestyle. I used to work out in High School every day, but I was still really fat because I was only lifting and doing no cardio ever. I hated running. maybe a treadmill when the children take a nap. walking 4 mph for 30 mins will give you a good 200 calorie burn
