If any of you use Google Chrome, you can do conversions right in the address bar or "Omni Bar" as they call it. You can just type something like "3 tsp in oz" or "17 oz in lb" and it will do it right there. I love it.

I played Dance Central on my XBOX with Kinect and I thought it did a pretty good job of gauging my activity level. It sees your whole body so you do get the boost for things like your arms moving.

Is weight the only thing you are tracking? I don't know what your workout is, but you could still be loosing fat while building new muscle. I've been reading some about the balance between sodium and potassium and it seems that it is good to have them balanced. I plan to start watching this and am going to buy some bananas tomorrow. We'll see how a banana a day helps.
