  • Thanks ingies I checked on Google and for someone my height it was still around the 500 mark. I prefer bfbm to 30ds, mainly because it Burns alot if calories but still has some toning/strength. I'm too sure after 30ds lol
  • I've been a vegetarian for 6 months (although I fish, which isn't reallymy choice) I also try to cut as much dairy as possible out of my diet :) My iron is pretty bad (I was just able to donate blood. Seriously just) so I'm eating spinach like a crazy lady :D
  • I also too a Sammy peek at your diary. A Although you don't want to give up the things you love, maybe just try eating them occasionally. I would recommend eating more fruits and veggies, whole grains and lean meats. The extra fiber and nutrients should help get you off your plateu.
  • Never eat under 1200 cals, as you put your body at risk of going into starvation mode, which will make your body hold onto the weight.
  • Ive only been part of anytime fitness for a few days now,but I love it! I hate running! I find it to stressful of my joints, so I prefer to do the elliptical trainer and the exercise bike. On the elliptical I do 10kmp and on the bike i do the aerobic setting on the bike.

  • Veggie burgers=1000cal!?!? I must say, every veggie burger I've ever eaten has struggled to be anywhere near even 200 cals. And I can't say I've ever had a veggie burger that was held together with cheese...
  • Thanks Rubybelle :) I feel satisfied eating my daily calories goal (1200), and I don't feel the need to eat the calories I've earned from exercising, so I don't consider it restricting myself. I think I'm going to try not eating the extra calories for a few weeks, and see how it works for me. :)
  • Well, I've seen slot of people on here that are in favor, as mfp already accounts for calorie deficit without exercise, but yeah I think I'd prefer to not eat them to increase weightloss. I currently eat around 1200 cals a day (which is my target) and burn around 300-400 in the gym or around 500 doing a Jillian michaels…
  • It depends on the type of sushi. If there's no fattening sauce, fried fish/meat and you take it easy on the soy sauce it will still be healthy
