I do weigh myself daily. The only time it may fluctuate is if I had a higher intake of water/liquids than normal. Fluid weight reflects quickly, but goes away in a day or two after drinking normal amounts. Good luck!

If you do get McDonald's, just plan your calories before and after, accordingly. Also, plan what you will get well ahead of time (for calorie purposes). Get their Chicken sandwich and small fry. I will agree with another poster on this thread...Atkins protein meal bars...Good calorie to protein ratio...also, low sugar and good source of fiber. Their snack bars and shakes have good calorie to protein ratios.

I eat Atkins protein bars daily. They are a generally a great source of protein (meal bars 180 cal-250 cal with 15g-17g of protein). They have fat and fiber, which helps fill you up. The snack bars and shakes are good, too. The best thing is, they have very little sugar.

I try to make breakfast my most caloric meal to get the metabolism going. Nearly all nutritionist agree that is the best meal to take in the most calories so the body can begin the burn process.

Being in an empty gym, with tons of open equipment. Available machines in front of TVs (showing the same content) just 20-ft away, yet they get on the machine right next to you!!! If I wanted a stalker, I would exercise on Facebook.

Since we really don't know the facts in terms of what their medically recommended weight should be, I do not think we should make a comment. Hopefully, if they are too thin, someone close to them can talk with them.

Also try Atkins shakes for protein, they contain enough calories and fat, without loads of sugar.

I eat Jimmy Dean D-Lites or store brand similar products (High in protein and fiber). The best breakfast is to eat something high in fiber and protein for breakfast to kick-start your metabolism.
