I used to do it on friday but i realized that it made me cheat over the weekends thinking "I would make it up next week". but I am moving it to monday so that any cheating on the weekend will be thrown in my face.

Buy an HRM. it will be a better value for your money that paying $4 a week for calorie counts. the HRM will help count your calories more accurately than any website even MFP.

This is what I do: before I snack after I know I should be done eating, I enter the thing I feel like snacking on in my food diary, just looking at my cals go into the red is enough to let me know it is not worth it. :noway:

i only comment if i have read it. and i try and give a helpful comment. thats why we get friends. to have people to keep us accountable and point out where we can make improvements. you dont have to check in on all your friends everyday. but as often as you can.
