Reverse crunches and bicycle crunches daily. As many as you can do increase as much as you can. Also do some planks as long as you can hold them. It's winter so slather on the lotion to improve the skins elasticity, even on your belly.

I have discovered that almost anything fat free has added sugar to make it taste better. I mostly buy low fat to avoid the added sugar. But yogurt can be quite high some greek yogurts are scary high!!! The best tasting with least sugar one I have found is yoplait greek yogurt flavors only about 8 grams compared to chobani…

It's different but for some reason it satisfies the past craving perfectly. Hard to explain. I tried it amonth or so ago and make it frequently now to me it is a better tasting and consistency than wheat pasta.

I was thinking about doing protein shake before and after and just making it with water instead of my usual high protein milk to cut the calories down but I don't think your body uses protein immediately? Did you buy it at Walmart? I do not buy meats there they inject them with color and fillers to make them look more appealing. Also pork is naturally salty (are you adding extra salt- it may be too much).

Folding laundry!! I have 3 guys in the house and folding laundry doesn't burn much calories even after doing it for my usual 3 hrs or so.

I agree with ALL the others but would also have to add sex improves more the more I lose. Due to all of the above of course. More energy, confidence, less apprehention, and feeling sexy is a huge turn on. :blushing:
