  • What is your best tryed and true ways to beat the muffin top? I have 3 kids, my youngest born 8 months ago. I go to the gym and usually do an hour body pump or body attack then 30 minute eliptacal, or I do Cto5k for 30 minutes. I am keeping my calories at 1400.   • I just ran "day 2" of "week 5"!!!!!!!!!!!! I have NEVER in my life run for more than 5 milutes straight, and I just ran for 20 minutes straight! I was very skinny until I got married at 21, then had 3 kids in 6 years, and now I am 35 lbs over what I was when I got married.
