You can make great meals with rice, beans, frozen veggies. Stretch your meats. Buy on sale and divide up. A nice large pot of soup can be eaten and freeze other half. I take it daily for UTI issues and it is great. I don't think it does much in the way of weight loss however. I choose the pill form (get a good brand, some have very low percentage of actual ACV).

Thanks to both of you for the replies! I think I'll probably just cut a few calories back today and tomorrow to even it off, but in future I think I better exercise to earn those calories beforehand!

I bought the book and tried it for a few days. For me personally, I don't like the idea of "eliminating" entire food groups. I believe in the more moderation approach.
