I don't know if this would help you (everyones different) but it has helped me with my overeating - I generally binge when I'm stressed or depressed, now if I recognise a trigger I'll do yoga or other activities to take my mind off it. It may not be the right solution for you, however, it is something to try!…

Starting back on low carb to attempt to break a plateau :) New low carb friends are always welcome!

Ahhhk - well, pretty much every study huffpost referenced refers to coeliac and undiagnosed coeliac disease, so that would be why you associated it. And for some of it, I think they've thrown the studies in via a basic word search as the study cited for the links of gluten to autism is about the fact there are no…

I have a feeling Sammy was referring to the damage caused by gluten in those who are Coeliac... "When people with celiac disease eat foods or use products containing gluten, their immune system responds by damaging or destroying villi—the tiny, fingerlike protrusions lining the small intestine. Villi normally allow…

Mm, it'd definitely be zucchini "pizza's" - sliced zucchini, topped with a mix of tomato paste, shortcut bacon and herbs, then grated strong cheddar, roasted. Vegetables and delicious pizza flavour!

Well, since I've not yet had it, it will be a roast pumpkin and chickpea salad :)

If you're fat... 1. Your female friends will use you to justify that they are the beautiful one. You won't be their friend because of who you are but because of how much better they look than you. 2. Men will make unwanted advances to you. They will be the overweight men and you will judge them for how fat they are, while…

Insanity is going to be really hard on your knees. I stopped doing it because I was sick of being exhausted, jumping all the time and I didn't want the knee issue to worsen. You don't have to take a day off from exercise - do something gentler, like yoga, pilates, swimming or even some lifting. If you're sick of Insanity -…

Because in Australia it's only 8.20 and I still have dishes to do.

Milo (WHY IS IT MADE OF BARLEY >>), cous cous and most of all, tabouli! All those times I thought I was going for the incredibly healthy salad and I was just making myself sick because it had gluten. Most chocolates too :(
-
Worst thing is at a birthday party: "Oh I'll have a little slice... thanks" *friend: btw, that one slice is 500 calories* SPIT TAKE. Not coooool :(

When my mum told me I weighed more than her when she got married. I was 13. Jokes on her, I'm losing and she's just gained more.
-
Well done! You look amazing and I'm sure you feel much healthier/happier which is just as important! :)

Chocolate anything. Jelly beans. Still my biggest weakness. Nothing cake anymore because I'm gluten intolerant. But damn chocolate. I now limit myself to a few pieces of 85% if I have to, which is extremely yummy now that my tastebuds have adjusted :)

English, French, a little bit of Arabic, German and Japanese, and will be learning 3 more this year.

Eggs poached in a red wine-bacon sauce, from a youtube recipe. It was delicious.

Generally yoghurt with fruit or an omelette. Sometimes soups if it's cold or even leftovers from dinner the day before.

I feel fine and confident and then I try on clothes in a change room and just want to cry. I'm sick of people saying I'm not fat to try and be nice - I'm doing something about it, it's not like I'm completely oblivious to my thunder thighs!
