I held steady on my weight, no loss, no gain. The change in my weight that appears on my ticker is not a gain, just that I finally updated my 3 LB Christmas gain when I weighed again this morning. I've been consistent though and am getting my workouts in so I expect to see more progress soon. Angela, still 205.

I noticed that too. My comes from Dannon light and fit yougurt. I eat plenty of fruit. It keeps me full and satisfies my sweet tooth. Though I still technically eat too much sugar, I think I am eating far less than I did in past years. Good luck to you!
