If you mean Wii Zumba... I put mine in my pocket OR since I got my HRM I don't bother with the remote and belt at all.

Sounds like you need a HRM and a food scale. It's not "guesswork".

Yuck don't do it, I lasted two days I was so ill, all I could manage to do was go to work and come home and sleep, then do the same the next day! It won't achieve sustainable weight loss. Clean eating and exercise is the only thing that will do this.

Have you tried classes? I find they are so much more motivating, and when you feel like giving up you can't! I do body attack twice a week and I love it. I burn around 600 calories an hour doing it according to my HRM. Check our your gym timetable :)

Well said! I always say to myself it's mind over matter. If I start thinking too much about my legs I notice them more and it's tempting to stop (sounds silly but it's true).

Well said, the same thing bugs me... Or cooking?! Cooking or food prep doesn't count as a flipping calorie-burning activity. Maybe I'll start logging typing...

I am so glad I found this thread, I have the exact same thing and was feeling really discouraged and demotivated about my weight gain (5lbs more than last week, period due next week... ). No more weighing the week before for me!

I find that with my right side (probably because I'm right handed), and to top it off when looking at myself in the mirror when lifting weights I can see that one of arms is a bit longer than the other and the bar is wonkey!

My other half lost 90 lbs and got a tattoo, Chinese for 'life' to remind him never to go back to his old lifestyle. I think something like that has more meaning than a mani or pedi, especially if you have transformed your whole life!

Oo it's hard to just pick 3! 1. Decent, comfy, well-fitting trainers suited to my gait 2. My HRM 3. My expensive gym membership which I justify by using fully!

I'm always over my protein and under calories... mainly due to protein shakes etc but you should aim to have around 1.5g of protein for every 1kg that you weigh :)

Maximuscle Promax Diet Bars... If I finish work and am STARVING I find it hard sometimes to find the motivation to work out... But one of these fills me up for a good 90 minute workout and stops me driving straight home :)
