I've lost 100 pounds. I owe some of my initial success to Leslie. When I started my weight loss journey I could barely get through her dvd. Now I am in better shape and still put her dvd in to change it up every now and then.

I started off wearing a size 22/24 top. Now I wear a size medium top, size 8 dress. My avi is me about 15 pounds ago. It took me a little more than a year to lose 100 pounds and I have maintained it since May 2012. I started off with Weight Watchers and walking, I moved onto running thanks to the Couch to 5k app. Once I…

I started running last year and by no means consider myself a pro BUT one thing I learned from a pro was to shorten my stride and pace myself. My best adivce is when you are first starting to run, your pace should be not much faster than your fastest walk. I kept this in mind as I was doing Couch25K. My daughter and son…

When I ran a mile for the first time without stopping. I was so busy singing with the music that I didin't realize how far I'd gone.

I got rid of my clothes as they got too big. To me, keeping them meant I planned to return to that size. I was once a size 18 pants. Today I am a comfortable size 6. I'll never let myself go like that again. I say good riddance...bag 'em up and donate them to your local thrift shop. Make room for those size 10's your…

For me making sure to record tastes, bites and licks has made the difference. You'll be surprised how they can add up. Also, I changed my excercise routine and after a couple weeks the weight came off again.

I LOVE this quote and intend to use it. I find that I am hungry more because I am working out more than I ever had in the past. Maintaining is hard but the reward is soooooooo worth it.
-
Great job! I know first hand how great it feels to leave the size 22 clothes behind!. Keep up the good work.
-
Awesome progress for you both! Can I say, without offending either of you....you both look so much younger in the after picture! Very inspirational.

Every day, first thing in the morning but I only record what the Weight Watchers scale says when I go weekly for my meeting. I don't obsess over fluctuations but the morning weigh in keeps me honest with myself and I am determined not to go back to my pre weight loss weight.

I never thought I would weigh under 200 pounds again. I never thought I could run a mile, much less 3. I never thought I could shop in a stor other than plus size again. I never thought I could lose weight and still eat some of the things I love. I never thought I would hear people calling me skinny again. I NEVER, EVER…

Hi ladies. I finally found the nerve to speak up. I am 5'9" and my CW is 175. My starting weight almost a year ago was 258. My goal weight(for now) is 168. At this point I would like tone up my abs and arms. I wouldn't mind staying this weight if I could firm up these two areas. I am currently wearing a size 8 down from a…

That's my goal for 2012. Meeting the smaller goals to get to the bigger goal works best for me.
-
I am doing both, I like and need the accountability of the meetings and weigh ins. It keeps me honest. Log points oWW and calories on MFP. I have lost 60 pounds since May.
-
My goals for 2012: - to lose one pound a week - to finish a 5K run
-
I use WW and MFP. I actually like going to the meetings and the support and accountability that goes with getting on the scale. It is worth it for me. To date I have lost 58 pounds. Since my insurance pays for WW I figured I would take advantage of the benefit.

Outside as long and the weather cooperates.

I'm in. My daughter and I started last week but due to weather we could only do day 1. We are beginning again today. The stopping and starting was a little tough but we completed the entire w1d1 program. We are really motivated so we will do this as long as the weather holds.

I was like you when I started. So I decided to make my workouts at 4am. I am done by 4:30am, take a shower and lie back down until 6:15. This way I get my work out in, get my shower out of the way and have a chance to lie back down before I have to get ready for work. It's been working for the past 3 months. I should…

Wow! Just the inspiration I need. Great job!

I weigh myself once a day first thing in the morning but only record once a week, same day each week. Works for me. The only time I get frustrated is when I am pms'ing because I retain water during this time and it shows on the scale.

Isn't it great when the numbers reflect all you did to work off those pounds? My turn this coming Thursday.
