What are your current, short term an long term weight loss or fitness goals!?

One of my more "psychological" goals is to STOP the negative self talk once and for all!

A big fitness goal of mine is to be able to do pull ups! One to start...then five...then ten...etc!

    I'd like very much to lose 11.5# by my birthday 2/18. If I don't make it, I'll come as close as I can! I'd like to be maintaining a 40# total loss by my MFP anniversary date (May), that is another 21.5 lost by then. If I don't make it, I'll get as close as I possibly can!

    As far as fitness goals go, mine is to simply start really exercising again! My weight loss goals and rewards are as follows:

    230 (SW)

    199 (Onederland!) - Reward: Mani/Pedi Combo!

    June 19, 2012 (Goal)
    185 - Reward: 3 New Pairs Of Gold Earrings!

    165 - Reward: New Flirty Dress & A Date With Hubby!

    February 21, 2013 (Goal)
    145 (Ultimate Goal!) - Brand New Wardrobe!
  • My weight loss goal for 2012 is to get to my goal weight. I'm 187 now and I want to hit 135! My fitness goal is to run a half marathon at Disneyworld in 2013!

    Short term goal: To continue to improve physically so that I can spend more time on my walk/jog sessions actually jogging, and to continue to develop my new ability to sprint so that I can actually do it for several minutes at a time instead of just half a minute or less, and to increase my walk/jog sessions to two hours at a time or longer. Also to gradually incorporate more weight training into my routine.

    Long term goal: I'm still thinking about that Appalachian Trail thru hike. Over 2000 miles and half a year or more of grueling exercise. It feels like a way to cement this whole process and also, I really need to get away from everybody for awhile.

    goal weight is 200lbs, 111 to go. Ouch!

    August 12, Secret City Triathlon in Oak Ridge TN!

    Yeah, I got a bunch of work to do to be ready for that!!!!
