    Size 22 to size 16 (6 months) 70 lbs gone!

    Just wanted to too my own horn because today is a very awesome day for me. I hit the midway point (70 pounds out of 140 gone) and there is no turning back!

      LOL I am soooo sick of everyone asking me that like there is a magic pill that made it all disappear. As we here at MFP know there is NOTHING but hard work and diet modification that works.

      Now *this* really helped. Thanks. Am not quite 2 months into an effort to lose 136 pounds so can totally identify. Have had no real progress in last 7-10 days despite correct eating and exercise, and while I know this is both normal and expected, it is a great help to hear and see success over long term in someone with a comparable goal.

      You look fantabulous - congratulations!
