GRATS, you can do it, just set your head to it and want it more than anything. If I get temped by food in a room, I'm no longer in that room. I WILL RUN from food if it looks good and I want to taste it!!!!

Thats what I'm going to start in the spring, need to strengthen a lot before I start. I did a little a few years back but nothing like I can do now. I was 245 then and I'm 196 now, got 11 more pounds to go.

1. Stay under my calorie goal, except one day a week and then only 1500. 2. Walk 3 times a week at, at least 3.5 MPH Good Habit: Love myself better each day :)

I cook for about 20 people, last year everyone got one plate and everything was gone. This year I'm cooking again!!! getting everything done then going to a drive lol. :laugh: :happy:

I have lost 98 pounds and my arms have a little loose skin, thighs a lot and my belly a ton. I still lose weight but inches around my stomach doesnt go do. I look like skin and bones everywhere but my stomach. So what can be done to fix this? I've been 302 at my biggest and stayed around 275 for around 20 years so need…

I got that, doc said ice down for 20 then heating pad for 20 and no weigh baring activities for 2 weeks.

Yea that has happened to me and that 800 calories DID NOT include the fries they were extra. I do a lot of research on things I can eat when I go out and where I can and can not go out to eat.

Set your mind to and you can, I"ve lost 83 pounds since Jan and over 50 since the last of May and If I can you can. This will up you so much. get friends on here to help you. And if you mess up, just start over the next day, I have started over many many times. You can do it.

Thats so true, think of where you are at and where you were. Dont step back, run forward. Do extra walking or some exercise. Go for a drive, listen to some music, read a little of your favorite book. You do make it thru that bad day!!!! If I can you can :smile:

I go to the farmer's market and get Jade or Tenderettes. Tenderettes I season with sea salt only, Jade I eat plain with nothing and they are great. Half white runners I try not to eat they need a lot of seasonings
