does anyone know where I might find a program or application that allows me to punch in what calories I have left ( as well as fat, carbs, sugars) for the day and I can then get a summary of food options? I was talking to someone recently that said she had discovered something online that allows you to do this. For example, I have 380 cal, 12 protein etc etc and I punch in that I want to use my remaining balance for dinner and the result would give me a bunch of options...(i.e. 3 apples, a 4oz lean pork chop and a tossed salad w/ ff dressing ) of course I am making up this example.
Anyway, the person I spoke with couldn't remember where she came across this and I would love to find something like it.
