  • I think it depends on where your carbs are comming from, carbs= fuel, I eat whole carbs like fruits, and whole grains etc, mine is set at 75% and I still lose weight.

  • I did them a while back but stopped and a couple months ago I got into Tabata and HIIT also so I started doing more of the workouts they have on there and I thought it would be a good idea to get the program so I already know what to do everyday :)

  • I believe there are no healthy oils and try to avoid them on a regular basis, I do consume a tiny bit of earth balance butter once in a while, and nuts, and avacado.

  • Add things with more of a mild flavor and just a little at a time until you get used to it, maybe include 1 fruit like banana, pear or mango, and cucumber, celery, zucchini, tomato to start since they aren't super strong but hydrating.

  • Yup I always tell people add that banana trust me! lol I love pineapple or strawberries in mine so far they are my fav, I keep adding other things as well, like dulse, flax, chia seeds, and sesame seeds.
