Oh!, I forgot to mention, Kattymatt. I have my computer screen sitting directly in view when standing. I do my best to stand instead of sit. If I tire of standing while on the computer, I lean on the chair as described, while standing and tighting my firm butt. LOL!

It's a BIRTHDAY. I say call it your cheat day and have fun, then go back to your diet. Unless you have the strength to refrain from partaking the food. Special days for me are forgiven.

To build muscle which helps you lose weight faster, work on the legs. They say if you have strong legs your metabolism burns more fat.
