So this makes me wonder if it's bad to exercise 2 days in a row? So if someone does weights on Monday, Zumba on Tuesday and jogs in the park on Wednesday, will the scale show a weight gain on Thursday?

Oh, that makes sense. Especially since I believe many of my fitness model pals go into some sort of water deprivation mode right before their big show. Of course, then I am compelled to say "but I thought water was supposed to make you lose weight"...uuggghhh lol

Wow! I thought my protein shakes a $20- $35 was expensive. They last at least a month. However $130 a month is steep. I guess it's worth it if you are trying to lose weight quickly or are vitamin deficient.

I hope you find a good answer because I need info on that subject also. Although, I will say I have also been told that unless you are taking something it is highly unlikely that you will bulk up. Especially is you combine a good diet with cardio & weights.
