Scars are sexy! i used to be embarassed of mine i have quite a few until i was asked about them, then once i started talking about how i got them i realized i'm a pretty bad @ss girl. Be proud of them they're a part of you! as for the stretch marks they suck but they fade i promise.

i kno taco bell is LOADED with sodium but in a pinch the fresco bean burrito has 360 cal and the fresco hard taco is 180cal i havent tried anything else on the fresco menu.

it depends what ur mixing it with, i usually measure my oatmeal dry and mix with water so theres no calorie content there and make mine runny.

me too! my boyfriend was brought up on pre packaged meals and fast foods, we're making baby steps though i now pack his lunch and he'll eat a clean dinner with me 3-4 times a week.

i knew i hit rock bottom when my bf brought home to pints of ben and jerrys, red velvet for me and smores for him. I ate my whole pint in one sitting and he didnt eat all of his so i waited for him to go to bed so i could eat the rest... omg i ingested like 1700 calories in ice cream gross!

I personally think it is, and it has 90 day garuntee so u could always send it back if u dont like it, i did the lean version a year ago a def saw alot of muscle growth. Theres also a ton of stuff on results all over the internet.

why not try something like p90x then they map it out for you, i'm terrible at planning too and trainers are super expensive so i like when i'm told which workout to do which day.
