Make sure you get all the moisture out by pressing it with a paper towel. Usually I pan fry it in olive oil, adding a tiny bit of corn starch to give it a nice crispy coat. Then I add in vegetables for a stir fry dish. YUM!

It's going to take time. Try eating "cleaner" foods and more fruits and vegetables. Also change up the exercise. You say your arms can't take weight lifting - try using lighter weights then. I agree with Anthony, patience really is a virtue in this game.

The machines are always way off. Your body media is much more accurate in your calories burned.

I run about 2 miles in the morning on both Saturday and Sunday and on Saturday I include weight training. As far as my food intake I plan accordingly - if there's football and hockey on then I have fruit and veggies plates ready to go for the grazing and meals are planned as usual. I guess for the most part I make my…

I live in Claremont and I go to either the Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Walnut, or Anaheim Hills locations.

Haha, so true!

I do this too! Once in awhile I have mackeral and the smell is really strong. I warn my coworkers about my fish (they don't seem to mind) and then I lysol the breakroom.

Mind over body. Bring healthy snacks for you to munch on. Do you have a fridge at your work? Bring fresh fruit for the sweet tooth. I plan everything for the week and time my meals with some extra wiggle room. Also to make it more difficult for yourself, don't have cash with you so you can't go to the vending machine. You…

I totally understand the busy schedule and finding time at the gym. I don't know about you but when I go to the gym, that's my time so I actually enjoy it. Maybe cut your time at the gym to one hour and give yourself 30 minutes every day to just do whatever you want.

I love logging my food. I wish I could log it days in advance but that's because I'm a planner. I agree with everyone else - it's a lot easier when you have all the ingredients and recipes saved. it's only time consuming in the beginning... unless you're eating something different every single day.

Evening workouts work out best for me. I've tried working out in the morning and yes I get that extra jump of energy but by the afternoon, I'm ready for a nap. I look forward to my evening workouts even though I workout a little bit later than most people.. It's ranges from 7pm - 10pm depending on my schedule.

Are you looking for a snack or meal? My afternoon snacks are usually edamame, greek yogurt, apple with almond butter, cuties, grapes, string cheese, or some veggies. Keep it simple!

For the first month of insanity, I burned between 350-410 calories - it really depended on how hard I pushed myself.

You look gorgeous! Keep up the great work.

It's one meal. It's not going to ruin your weight loss journey. Don't think of it as a diet, make it a life style. You have to indulge a little and you're going to have some really good days, followed by some really bad days. Go for a wall, burn off some calories. Start new tomorrow!

Mine is open, feel free to add me.

I think you should do whatever makes you happy but don't do it if you're seeking attention from guys. If a guy doesn't like you because you have a small chest then that's not a guy that you want to be in a relationship with. I'm a 34C and I don't have implants and I personally hate my chest size. I would prefer to be…

What everyone else said.. Drink lots of water, post of forums, pee, repeat. Also what has helped me especially after lunch, I drink some green tea to give me that extra boost of energy to get through the afternoon.

Great job! Thank you for sharing and keep up the hard work! :)
