Today is day #1 with my new body media and my first work out.... after my workout on my elliptical for 30 min body media said I burned 200 cal... my machine said 500! that is a big difference........what do you think... is the body media correct?

The machines are always way off. Your body media is much more accurate in your calories burned.0

I'd trust the body media before I would the machine.0 -
The machines are always way off. Your body media is much more accurate in your calories burned.
U know what's wierd tho,. I wear an HRM, ht and weight input correctly and it is always within 10-12 cals burned of the machine.0 -
I want to wear a HRM and see what the difference is there?? 200 cal seems low to me? but maybe not?0
