I recently discovered "About Time". I got vanilla...I always use the blender to make my shakes and I add crushed ice, almond milk, a banana and one scoop of protein. Taste was good. If I want chocolate, I'll throw in a tablespoon of cocoa. http://tryabouttime.com/

Oh yes, I DO want to encourage, AND BE ENCOURAGED! I feel like my page of friends are MIA most often...I see where they log in, but rarely more than a couple comment, encourage or acknowledge an existence So YES! I cheer...and require cheering! I am SO self motivated...nobody but me, myself & I made me fat and it's been…

It won't hurt to give it a shot...but as very long time stir crazy user, it is my opinion that omitting oil or butter will not yield great final product at all. 1 tbsp olive oil to 1/2-3/4 cup kernels make a yummy long lasting snack. I top with salt, Mrs. Dash table blend and flax seed meal...sometimes freshly grated…

Trigger foods stay at the store...period!!

Yeppers! 271 of morbid, sedentary, frumpy-ness to 145ish of normal, active & fit, yummy-ness! ALL by keeping a paper calorie journal, tweaking my diet to include lots of healthy and much less junk and moving!

I dunno, but I have a slightly addictive personality. I count calories like a woman gone mad...but, it has served me well. I have no idea how or if I'll ever stop :-)

As a mother I began to put all things above myself...and did so for 16 years. Therefore, my biggest weight loss motivator was me...finding the me I forgot existed, finding life and joy in what had become my own personal hell. The one thing that truly impacted my success was hitting rock bottom and becoming furious with the…

I'm 5'4, 45yo also looking to reach 145...7 pounds to go, woot! I started way, way, way heavier though and originally wanted to reach 130 (my license weight)...I think though that at my age and stage in life and all the baggage from an mobidly obese sedentary body, I'll be thrilled with the high end of healthy. Heck, I'm…

I'm 45...working on the last 7 pounds to reach my high end healthy side of normal.

ME!!!! I want to run. Just huffed and puffed...I mean jog/walked my first 5K a few weeks ago. It was hard and I came in last, but was inspired and stoked to keep trying.

I'm a 45er...on a mission to lose the last 7 of my incredible journey!!!

I hate diet soda...because I actually love it. I quit again two weeks ago...still have 4-5 my beloved diet mountain dew and 1 coke zero in the back fridge just in case it's an exceptionally back PMS month! I hope to be strong enough to send them with hubby to work in a few weeks and call that addiction over :-)

I fired that b*tch that I called "scale" today...all she ever does it piss on my parade. I am currently entering PMS and will soon after receive her demon spawn TOM. My weight is up...again. I'm ravenous...again. I'm ticked off....again! I have a goal to lose my last 13 by the end of the year, and because she isn't nice…

Gave it up, missed it. Drank it often again, gave it up, missed it...added 1/2 cup back...then two. It's back in it's home, my special "It's not PMS, I'm always *****y" mug WITH 4 tbsp half & half, twice a day...sometimes three. I've lost 110 lbs with drinking it. I find it settles a desire...it's staying. Drinking my java…

Yep...Started at 271, drink an enormous amount of water, eat right and exercise and I'm a bag 'ol sag, BUT...I do look really cute in clothes ;~D No idea of my future...would like to lose the last 15 and maintain for a few years. Maybe at some point I'll lift the girls a bit and trim the excess wings and stuff... (shrugs…

I had a lot of bad eating habits formed during my childhood and beyond. At the ripe young age of 45 I can honestly say that through much trial and error and that I have now formed ALL new healthy habits that will now serve me for the rest of my life.

5'4" with a final goal of 145. I feel really great and pretty content and honestly,I think if I got all my saggy skin cut off it would weigh 15 lbs and I'd be at goal, dunno. Currently I find that final 15 a pain in the *kitten* to lose!

Your story touched me. We all have our own journey's...not one is easy. I'm 16 months and 111 pounds (that WAS 111 pounds until the pms devil spawn hit) down, with 15 to go. Sending request...would love to support and be supported ;~)

I have found it not worth the battle...I love my whole cup of coffee with 4 tbsp of half & half, 2 times a day ;-D

Wow...there are a lot of us mid-lifers out there. I'm 45, a wife..a mom to a 16 yo teen and 12 yo tween...a daughter and friend. Last year I started thinking about me...16 months and 111 pounds lost, I'm feeling better and am more fit then ever. I'm rolling into my late forties with a spring in my step ready to tackle the…

Hmpf...I now have a nice visual of my baby carrots soaking in a chlorine bath! I do believe that since I cut my own lettuce and celery that I can add the time to once again cut my own carrots. Now I'm craving carrots...but I'm all out, grrrrr

I like to eat at night because I finally get some down time and watch my smutty shows. I save calories just for snacking. When I've spent them, they're gone. Sometimes I'll save enough for a cup of coffe for sipping...or if I have a sweet tooth I'll have hot chocolate. After snacking and sipping I hit the shower and brush…

I decline if im not "feeling it" or if it's a male and then there are times I'll accept a request to only have them say NOTHING...no support, nada, zip. I do my duty and make comments, but after a week if they'd not owned up to their side of the support system, they're outta here...I hate one way supporters...or wall…

I'm 45...have lost 103 pounds in 14 months. The key to success for me was getting pissed off enough to do it...NO excuses, zero, zip...that's right N-O-N-E. I think everyone finally reaches a moment in life where enough is enough...maybe this time is yours!

Frozen strawberries or frozen grapes. The strawberries flavor and cool...the grapes don't so much flavor, but cool beautifully. Both are delish to munch on after drinking.

Congrats on your achievement with school...so sorry for your disappointment with your gown, I'm sure that really was a very hard moment. One of my most embarrassing moments was at a go-cart park and having the skinny, young male attendant working hard to stretch the harness all-the-way with it still snug for me to ride...I…
