Hi, I joined the 30 day shred, too. Today is my second day. I plan on doing it everyday for 30 days. Of course, if I happen to miss or need a day off, that's fine, but my intentions are to do the full 30 and see what results I get. I don't have any plans to do other workouts but if I do that will be a plus in my book.

@babargn: Thank you! No, it's not easy at all and I'm fearful of the holidays but I have to keep pushing. I don't want to gain a single pound this holiday season so I have to work hard and be extremely careful.

I know...I even weigh myself before and AFTER I get out the shower!! LOL! My husband says "oh, just because you took a shower you think you lost weight?" Hey, anything is worth a try! :)

I stopped eating back the calories I exercised off as well. This helped me to break a plateau that I was in for about 3 weeks. The weight does come off faster I have noticed.
