    Congratulations on all of your hard work! I reached my goal weight this morning myself and I have been on cloud nine...I started about a month after you did...enjoy the next phase of maintaining and getting more to eat!

    Thank you for that tip about jillian michaels...I have one of her dvds but haven't started yet...I think I will give that ago and it's all because of you. You look amazing, truly toned and healthy. Congrats!!

    thanks everybody!!! it really means a lot! its been a long hard journey and it wont ever be over but im so happy now! i could never imagine myself getting to my goal before but i just pushed myself every day, took awhile but i got there and if i can do it, anyone can!! <3
