No don't do it!!! You'll only do more damage! I want to eat today too so I'll make a deal with you and we'll BOTH be good the rest of the day. Sometimes eating too much one day can trigger cravings that I haven't had in a while. I think that's what happened with me.

Just one more thing. If you have stepped up the workouts then your body is probably holding more water. It will do that at first and will let go in a few weeks when it gets used to it. I agree you should eat your exercise calories. When I wasn't doing that I wasn't losing. Once I upped my calories to at least a net of 1200…

I don't see anything wrong in expressing individual opinions. What doesn't help one may help another. I for one, LIKE McDonald's and since I used to go there and get an extra value meal and now if I go get a small cheeseburger and MAYBE a small fry that's still a MUCH better choice. And for me it makes me not feel deprived…

They do me!!! I look at the calories and add them and see if I REALLY want to go way over my calories for the day and usually decide it's not really worth it. Cravings..gone :)

I mean TOTAL CALORIES CONSUMED minus CALORIES BURNED BY EXERCISE (THAT'S WHAT SHOULD BE AT LEAST 1200 CALORIES) I am 5'9" and I can't lose with more than about 1300 NET calories especially as I get closer to goal. So in other words I do best entering in 1200 calories and eating my exercise calories and not going much under…

How many calories are you burning with exercise? You should not go below a net of 1200. If you are you are risking your body going into a "starvation mode". We need 1200 calories just to function really. And if you are doing that much exercise you may be too low. How tall are you by the way?
