I am the same as you!!!!!! It's lonely out there, being this way. I am small by many's standards, and eat more than people twice my size easily. Makes a 1,200 calorie a day limit VERY difficult. :(

If you're anything like me having just one means you'll have another and another... I am a bakery junky. All things baked, I love. So I'd be out of control. What I do when I know I'll be heading to the bakery is simply PLAN for those calories ahead of time, record them ahead of time, and then fulfill my craving!

For any exercise, the amount of calories you lose depends on how much you weigh; the heavier you are, the more calories you will burn. Really though, running does an amazing job of burning calories. I am 5'2" and 114... so I know what you mean about it being harder to loose weight when you're smaller.
