  • I am doing Insanity, the second month, its such a strenuous workout (in my opinion) I just focus on this.....what are you thinking of adding?
  • Look on You Tube, I haven't done this one (I have done most of the Beachbody workouts!) but this is a good beginner workout. If you want more info I am a Beachbody Coach and I can help ya out!

  • I try to fit in TurboFire whenever I can into my workouts! Fire 45 is my favorite and I also love the new Low HIIT workouts that were released in April, your going to love it. Stick with the workout calendar and eat clean/healthy and you will see awesome results!

  • TurboFire is my favorite all time workout. Its so fun with the moves, music and Chalene's energy it doesn't feel like you are working out! I would say go for it and get it, money well spent! If you have questions or concerns let me know I would love to help, just message me! :-)

  • I have the Reebok kind that you change the weights with the "knob" on the top, they suck I wouldn't waste my money on them like I did. It's the Reebok Adjust-A-Weight Set, I don't know the model #.
  • I have done Chalean Extreme before and it was ok, but I got better results when I did P90X2 if your looking for cardio/weights, message me and we can chat more if you would like. :-)
  • Drink a lot of water before you go, then you will be less likely to want to eat a lot
