The videos range from 35 - 50 min, six days strength training one day off, I like it so far, I just need to be stricter with my eating.

I am doing Insanity, the second month, its such a strenuous workout (in my opinion) I just focus on this.....what are you thinking of adding?

Look on You Tube, I haven't done this one (I have done most of the Beachbody workouts!) but this is a good beginner workout. If you want more info I am a Beachbody Coach and I can help ya out!

I try to fit in TurboFire whenever I can into my workouts! Fire 45 is my favorite and I also love the new Low HIIT workouts that were released in April, your going to love it. Stick with the workout calendar and eat clean/healthy and you will see awesome results!

TurboFire is my favorite all time workout. Its so fun with the moves, music and Chalene's energy it doesn't feel like you are working out! I would say go for it and get it, money well spent! If you have questions or concerns let me know I would love to help, just message me! :-)

I think anybody can do TurboFire because there is always a moderator and there is "new to class" which she goes over the moves first before doing them to the music. I have the Reebok kind that you change the weights with the "knob" on the top, they suck I wouldn't waste my money on them like I did. It's the Reebok Adjust-A-Weight Set, I don't know the model #.
