Great job to everyone, even if the numbers on the scale didnt change your habits have. So keep up the good work, while I try to catch up. I have 2 weeks before vacation and I would like to create some improved habits to travel with. 240 excerise minutes is my goal this week also.

Saturday and Sunday were a bust. I eat over my cals and no exercise. But this morning I hit the ground running. Cleaned house, did a online workout and packed my goodies for the day. I am ready to hit the gym after work and log a total of 90 mins exercise for the day. I believe that I can make this week still count.

I would love to join and challenge myself to do this. I am starting at 218 which I have been stuck at for a while. But I am turning 36 in August and would love to be more more fit.
