I do it every Wednesday in the morning after I work out and before I drink my water and I make sure I have used the bathroom before I weigh in on the same scale. Pretty routine

thanks for the advice. I will def. try that. I also have been bad at logging too so I think I am eating ok but I am not measuring my food like I use to and before I know it I over indulge. I guess just start fresh right now.

Thanks for all the feedback. I do tabata twice a week, zumba on Saturdays and run for 35 minutes on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and Sundays are my day to try and figure out what to do for exercise. If it wer me i would try to force a walk but i know you should rest. I am with you on mising a workout. I use to do that and now when i am bored i drink water. I put in crystal light or mio and drink. I bought a 24 oz tumbler and drink 2 of those. If i am still bored i will go for a wal o do housework or do whatever i need todo to getmy mind of of it. I am truly hungry thani will eat something healthy and and i quit buying…
