At what point in the day should you weigh yourself?

I always weigh myself as soon as I wake up in the morning.
Is this the right thing to do?

Thank you

Yeah, first thing after you use the bathroom.

Typically that's considered the best way to do it. It will also normally be your lowest weight each day which is encouraging.

Wake up, use the bathroom, weigh before eating breakfast.

I do it every Wednesday in the morning after I work out and before I drink my water and I make sure I have used the bathroom before I weigh in on the same scale. Pretty routine

First thing in the morning, right after I use the bathroom is when I weigh my self. Seems to be the best time of the day for me.

Weigh yourself whenever you like, but it's best to stick to the same routine. You're likely to weigh more by the end of the day, which is probably why weighing in first thing is the most popular.

I don't think when matters much as long as you stick to the same time every day.

You want to eliminate as many variables as possible. Since meals and water intake can vary day to day the morning is usually the best time.
