My current weight for the start of this challenge is 205.8 which is a little over a 1 pound loss from last week! My fitness challenge for this coming week is to do a total of one hour on the elliptical and my non fitness goal is to start a knitting project or work on my decoupage project!

Great goals!!! And I decided to make the week from Tuesday to Tuesday because I weigh myself everyTuesday but you can post your weight and goals anytime from Sunday until Tuesday of the week! Also, what is your non fitness goal for the week? Thanks for coming on board for this challenge!!

I have not been too Macdonalds since I have started on MFP! The only fast food place that I have been to is Subway and I might make a stop at Wendy's, but I got to check out the calories on some of their salads before I do!!

I like my green tea iced! Most of the time I like it plain but sometimes I like it with some sort of low calorie sweetener or I will have a flavored green tea with no sweetener!
