Kylee's Carolina Challenge--Whose In?

Hi Everyone!! I hope you all are enjoying a great start to the lovely fall month of October! As of Thursday the 6th, it will be four weeks until my trip to South Carolina to visit good friends that I have not seen in six years!! I am very excited and I decided that as a goal, I want to lose at least 5 pounds before I leave on November 3rd. And I wanted to invite everyone to embark on this challenge with me. Here are the simple rules: The challenge will last from this Tuesday the 4th and will last until Wednesday November2nd, the day before I leave. Message me your currant weight every Tuesday along with 1 exercise goal and 1 non exercise goal of your choosing. This challenge will be open to as many people who want to join, but I will close the group on Tuesday evening at 10pm my time(I live in CT), so please post your current weight along with your 2 goals for the week to this thread. And please send me a friend request if we are not friends already and let me know if you have any questions!!

My current weight is 274.3 My goal for this week is 45 minutes total or three 15 minute cardio sessions at my gym!! I am starting small so I looking forward to this increasing over the course of the month!!!! :bigsmile:0 -

Great goals!!! And I decided to make the week from Tuesday to Tuesday because I weigh myself everyTuesday but you can post your weight and goals anytime from Sunday until Tuesday of the week! Also, what is your non fitness goal for the week?

My current weight for the start of this challenge is 205.8 which is a little over a 1 pound loss from last week! My fitness challenge for this coming week is to do a total of one hour on the elliptical and my non fitness goal is to start a knitting project or work on my decoupage project!0
