Yes you can definately lose weight and not go to the gym. You just need to make sure that you are eating well and finding activities around the home to help you exercise. the 30 day shred or EA active can be great because you can do them at home. The 30 day shred only takes around 25 minutes and is an amazing workout.

No i'm pretty sure all 3 levels are the same lenght. Level 2 is my favourite. It kicks my butt and the next day I hurt, which is always a good sign in the beginning. :-)

I was on it for over 5 years and never had any problems. I am off it now, but loved it while I was on it. No periods, and my mood swings seemed to always be at a contast level. Now that I'm on the pill my moods are every which way.

This probably wont help your addition, but I love Chinese too and I allow myself to have it once a month. That way I work really hard until the day marked on my calander allowing me to have it. it's something to look forward to and reward myself but I know that I have to work really hard until the next months "chinese day"

I don't know if I would say that my feet burn but they do go numb on the elliptical if I am on it for a long time. I found found that I make sure I stop at the half hour point, get off the elliptical and do some stretching for my feet. Then I jump back on and my feet are okay.

Just keep at it and know that you CAN do this. It is going to be hard some times and you will always have those days were you have went slightly off track. You just need to know that you will always get right back on and fight for what you want. Good luck!!!!

I think it depends on where your tattoo's are. i have one on the back and one on the ankle. Those both seems to look fine whether I have gained or lost (both I have done while having the tattoos). I think it's more when you gain a lot of weight that they can look stretched but i'm not positive on this.

Personally whenever I have had to take a break (ie. sick) from that DVD, I always start back at level 2 again. I think it's what ever you are most comfortable with.

Hi, I have been using this video. I love it. I have previously lost 30 pounds on it (I was doing other excerise at the same time) but it was really helping to keep me motivated and getting me more toned. I have just started it again a few days ago. You can do it!!!!!!
