Great advise about using your back!

Never too late! One of my dogs decided to find that NEW walking area without me. Grrrrrrrrr... took me an hour to find her. Not sure WHAT she ran off chasing. Super worried until she was back with me. Guess I got that Extra walk in - unplanned. (tip- a leash attached to the dog saves lots of worry). ~lesson learned.

Waiting to see what advice you get. Right there with ya! STUCK. Scales not moving.

Great questions Connie. I'm interested to see what responses are... I too have wondered the same things.

so far... so good... Haven't managed to fit in the NEW route or scenic walk. But... not giving up!

cls67 - I am in the same boat... and still concerned about taking the plunge... I work sooo hard to keep from gaining any more weight. My Dr's say the extra pounds MUST come off.. my blood pressure and blood sugar are going up as the pounds do! But... honestly the "eat less, move more" isn't working...I've been at 1200 or…

Thanks...I'll take all the help I can get!

Sounds interesting.

Sloooooow here. I stuck a nice buck in bow season (October) but it was an awful shot. (buck moved as I released).. BUT... in just after Christmas he showed up and my hubby got him with a rifle. Nice 11 point, but was down to 145 pounds.

dukslayer.... How's the elk hunting going? Good Luck!

It is gross what we've done on LOTs of skulls.... after taking all the photos and measurements.. etc...... I place entire head in a garbage bag... then stuff that in feed bags for LAYERS of scent ... "control". then place head/bag in high place to protect from coyotes and stray dogs. After some time... after hunting…

Practice , Practice, Practice... this is what I did to go from pulling 28 lbs to 60lbs, in a very short time. The real PLUS is my shooting really improved .. much tighter arrow groups. Good luck!

Vaderandbill... Don't you just love it when deer (& turkeys) hang out, just out of range?!?!?

Fingers crossed and prayers being said...

Had a super buck on camera last yr.... fingers crossed he visits again this yr. This shot is right under my bow stand.
-
THANKS for the help!

Can u help me figure out how to post pics to this thread?

I am hoping you get some helpful advice... I've been "STUCK" for months. I am getting tired of 1200 or less calorie days... same type walks as you are doing.... and the scales are stuck. I avoid wheat products (allergy). ... no rice, no potatoes... STUCK!
-
I just saw your post...I have been "trying" to increase poundage and shot everyday... well... getting in a round every other day or so.. I have worked up to about 20 shots at 60#'s... big improvement from last yr. I agree... I hate adjusting my pins... Keep at it... and good luck!

A doe with my bow.

THAT is a big coyote! Mississippi could use your help. Between the coyotes and the wild hogs, the rest of the wildlife is suffering!

Shot placement seems to be KEY. #1 in importance. It REALLY helps to have an exit wound near the bottom of the body. Or at least a good pass through. My husband has shot Rage and Muzzy. We have found that is bone is hit, the Muzzy fixed blade was better. But for further distance (over 30 yrds) he finds the Rage more…
