I JUST started taking vitamins, sad because I am 35. I take them in the am, but eat a large breakfast. I am going to switch to before bed, because if I wait 30 min before eating I am so nauseated. Sorry to my team! My husbands health has been up and down, now we are onto heart issues:( Since I am out of the challenge I will be here to support in anyway that I can. I wish you all luck! I am starting to log again as of today. I have dropped a pound this week, yay! It's good to be (semi) back!

I have added an extra mile every day since Sunday, I am on a roll. Like I said, out of town Fri and Sat so trying to get it all in before that! Put me down for 4 miles so far. Bummer regarding the dropped people. My weight has not changed but this week it is going to! I got new running shoes and I feel like I'm floating on air, that has to be worth something right? Congrats to everyone that has had weight loss already in the 1st week. Way to rock it out!!

I took paxil for 1.5 years and gained 50lbs from it, that is why I am on MFP. I went off July 1st and have started to lose some weight. I have never had a weight issue, or even dieted, before I started taking Pax-hell. The drug is horrible and even worse to come off.
