Hello Everyone,
I am sick of being fat!! My weight gain started right after I had my first child. Now I am 60 lbs heavier and 2 children richer. I want to be a good role model for my children. I don't want to be a fat Mom. I have tried a few other diets, but they were to restrictive. I think for me counting calories will be better. I eat pretty good, I always have I just eat way way to much.
Hope to lose my 60 lbs with in a year.

    Hey, I've totally been there. When I read your post, I thought it was me writing it six months ago.
    If you want to give and recieve motivation, support and a kick in the butt once in a while, add me as a friend.
    You can do this. Honestly, if I can, so can you. Just one step at a time. The best part, you don't have to be perfect all the time, just tweak things here and there, and the weight will fall off in no time.

    you are doing the right thing here - its better to count - or we all lose track of what we eat. good luck with your journey!!
