This economy sucks, if I can buy frozen chicken breasts for 50 cents each versus three times that for fresh "organic" then the frozen it shall be. Since getting the newer versions of office, I have came to love Calibri. Sad isn't it? One college professor used Comic Sans for her syllabus in a junior level English course. I thought I was going to die laughing and shrieking at the same time!

Make sure you have it set in your diary settings to show your sodium intake. Sodium loves to pack on water weight and keeping the same sodium will never let the water leave you without a ridiculous amount of work!

Check Lowe's or HD for something called liquid graphite. It's usually in a can branded by Dupont on an end cap in the tools area. What differs it from WD-40 or other lubricating oils is that its not an oil, its graphite suspended in a liquid which evaporates. It doesn't have the chemical smell, doesn't attract dirt/dust…

My short-term goal is 200 although I am well aware that my weight should be lower. I will cross that road when it comes. I would like to be at that before I turn 30 (April '13).
