    Only thing I have seen in reference to firings or controversy is that two of the people with the FDA in charge of the investigations and such took new jobs during the investigations, jobs that were owned by Seale (however you spell that).

    Not seen any evidence otherwise of a conspiracy with firings etc to keep anything hush hush.

    And even so, havent seen any conclusive evidence that aspartame is bad, controversy behind. Research may have been funded by Seale, but out research here is funded by many companies, none of which change the results.
