Unclear instructions, or someone who simply didn't reread what they wrote. One of my favorites: From a tres-leches recipe: In a medium bowl combine egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl.

Tacos are always a favorite for me. They never need to be anything special since they were created to use up the unused leftovers. Taco meat is simple to make (if you're good you can hid veggies and stuff in here like onions and tomato), add some cheese, lettuce, and salsa.

I've got the same. 9-5 desk. My lunch today was two hard-boiled eggs, a piece of cheese, and some crackers. Also water and a 5.5 oz can of low sodium V8. I've got some carrot sticks for a afternoon snack a couple hours later. This gives some protein for good energy and leaves a lot of room for dinner without leaving me…

Definately sticking with it afterward. Motivation to keep going. I'm sure you're right, he'll have an excuse.

The feeling has passed for now, it felt like a swallowed a rock. I have not changed any other eating habit except for my schedule. My biggest problem has always been snacking. This gives me a structure to follow. My meals aren't any larger than they were before, however I noticed that even in my 8 hour window I snack less…

That's possible. It's been a long time since I've gone very long without eating. Probably part of the reason I'm here. 😁

I'm trying again because I feel more drive this time and feel it will be the simplest way to control calories. I haven't otherwise changed what I eat.

The length of a minute depends on which side of the bathroom door you're on.

Gall stones hurt like ****. This derailed my last attempt after 12 lbs of loss. Don't have insurance or the money for surgery so I get to live with it. Just gotta take it slow. Also, water is delicious and is easily my favorite beverage.

Great, now I'm hungry.

I've read through this whole thing. Some memories there. I love bread and butter, had it with my dinner last night. When I was younger I didn't appreciate the deliciousness until I spent some time in England. A neighbor invited me over for dinner. Chicken soup with buttered bread, so much butter. Probably a quarter cup…

It's time! Enough failures, make it happen. That's my reason.

Pretending to work.

Mike from Utah. Failed too many times trying to do this alone. Feel free to add me, just don't expect a lot of conversation. Total introvert here.

Alright. Add me. After years of failing on my own it's time for some support.

I don't have my bug out bag completed yet, but I've got a good start. Gimmee twenty minutes warning I can live comfortably in the mountains for at least a week. Longer if I use my outdoors skills. Problem is I live in an evacuation zone, the trains that come near where I live often carry toxic chemicals. If one derails…

My turn (useless I know) The Mona Lisa has no eyebrows The elephant is the only land mammal that can't jump (or so I've been told) Benjamin Franklin taught guitar lessons Honey doesn't expire (they found jarred honey in the pyramids that was still good)

Mike 32 (close enough anyway) 1) It must be completely dark and silent for me to sleep. ( I cover the standby lights on the electronics in my room, and turn my alarm clock to the wall) 2) I'm attempting to write a book, something I've been trying to do off and on since I was 12. (I'm further then I've ever made it before)…

Added 2.5 more miles for me That's 4.5 out of 20 now

Gotta start somewhere right? I'll set my goal for 20 miles of walking. I'm on my feet all day at work, so I think this is a worthy goal. 2 of 20 as of today, I'll get the ticker thingy eventually.
