  • Thanks for the responses. Funny thing is our systems were down on Tuesday, so I took lunch earlier and run (before I ate). It was a really "easy" run. I will try a morning fasted run.

  • I would recommend you look into "It Starts With Food." And try the Whole 30. I agree try other poultry. My local butcher sells lamb and rabbit. Have you tried either of them?

  • I haven't read it, but can you get it from the library. I get all the books I can from the library 1st then decide to buy it.
  • This is not many calories and not much fat. I would guess the calories is between 1000 to 1200, at most. I find that if I'm not eating enough going off course is really easy. If I don't get enough fat, going off couase is really easy. Add an avocado in there or a handful of nuts. Good luck.

  • Are you drinking more caffiene in the evenings? I tend to drink more coffee in sugar detox. If so the caffiene, may be causing it. Stop all caffiene at 4 pm. Other than that give is a week, I notice by sleep changes for the better at day 4.
  • My guess is on paleo, I eat more fiber than I ever have. But then again I eat more veggies than most vegetarians do. But if you want specifics avocados, black berries and sweet tater skins are rich with fiber.

  • Ground chicken flavored like sausage. I cook all of them up on Sunday and microwave them for 1.5 minutes in the am with a side berries.
