Congratulations, you have done such a good job! I am struggling at the moment and this has given me a kick up the butt! I am a little taller than you, 5'6 and am around the same weight as what you started at. Hope I can end up looking as good as you! xx

Are those websites legitimate? They look a bit suss to me....
-
Thank youll for your support and wise words, I understand it all so much better now :) FYI, I have upped calories to 2000 and will watch that for 2 weeks and see if any change, and incorporate some heavier weights into the program. I will be changing my diary settings back to friends only now so thank you all so much again…

I do the Bob Harper 20 min Pure Burn dvd every morning at 6am, and as soon as I come home from work I am doing a workout based on all of Jillian Michaels DVDs, It's a plan she made up herself (apparently) and it alternates from one dvd to the next each day. I have read through that Blog you guys gave me, and have worked…

Shall answer your questions in form: -sometimes I miss sundays because I am out all day or just dont get time to get onto here 24/7. I am trying really hard though. I pre log, in the morning after my workout I log everything I will be eating for the day and then prepare it before I go to work. I hardly ever eat anything…

I really am not slim, I have a big bloated belly 24/7 (I have IBS also, probably should have mentioned that) I just want to be skinnier and not have the fatty belly and muffin top and flabby thighs so I can be comfortable in a bikini in summer. I was originally at 67kg and wanted to lose 8 to be in the 50's. I guess now…

Okay, I never really thought of it that way... seriously I have no idea about weight loss or eating healthy. I honestly am not sick or anorexic or anything bad.. far from it! eek. I hope I haven't given you that impression... Is it best to see a doctor or do you know if you can go to a nutritionist or dietician straight up…

1800+ Calories to me sounds so scary, I am worried that If I eat that much I would put on weight! Anyway I will take this on board and read through it again, thank you :)
-
I went and read that once before when I very first started but it's all a bit confusing for me, I will sit down and read through it again tomorrow and write everything down. Thank you
-
Ohhhh yes it is. Sorry. Will do that now
-
And....? I thought it's already open?
-
Such an inspiration. You look fantastic :-D
-
That's awesome guys! And Wil... I have a similar thought in mind but I was too shy to say it! I actually want to get some more.. personal pieces of clothing to wow my bf ;) We hardly ever go out either, but when we do i always feel like the fatty in our group (out of the girls) and I can't wait until I will be skinnier and…

I am thinking a nice summery dress for Christmas day (I live in Australia!) I would love to be able to buy a bikini but I have big boobs so I don't think I'll go there until I'm at my goal, bit risky! Keep suggesting guys! :)

I got SO sick of the treadmill, so much so that I hate it now and never use it. I'd rather go for a walk out in the fresh air. I bought some DVD's - Bob Harper's Pure Burn dvd, its really good for beginners, as theres a 20min workout that does push you a little but just enough to motivate you to do it again tomorrow. When…

Yesterday I had a really bad eating day, so I went for a massive walk around the neighbourhood and worked my butt off, and my treat/reward at the end was painting my nails. Probably sounds lame, but it made me walk faster and stronger and didn't make exercise so boring/painful! You can do it, You've come so far :) :)
-
I definately feel the same, my family just raise their eyebrows at me and think I'll fail (which is giving me motivation to push harder) and the people at work try and humiliate me and say nasty things behind my back. I am here for anyone who would like support, feel free to add me. I love seeing other people's success as…

*bumping* as I have the exact same problem. have been grazing the cupboards all weekend :(
-
OMG I wish I was bored, I am struggling so bad with level 1!! I cant keep up!
-
I have this problem as well (I have IBS).. I suffer with pains and bloating every single day, and to make matters worse, I have an office job and sit down all day and my belly just gurgles all day long! If anyone else has a solution to this (I have been to the doctors that many times and they can't come up with anything…

Thank you thank you thank you all, this has been the kick up the butt I needed and the support I have always wanted but too afraid to ask for. Might I just add (although you can probably read me like a book!) that I am admittedly quite an emotional eater, if something isn't going my way or ive had a bad day, I will go…
-
I have cut the junk food out completely (minus the tim tams on the weekend ok!) that was the first bad thing ive eaten in months! I typically have yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and steamed vegetables and lean meat for dinner. I have a cup of tea with a tiny splash of skim milk at morning tea time and a…

I'm not a big water drinker, I force myself to drink one litre a day. I just get so confused by all the posts though, everyone has a different approach to weightloss and it's really hard to know what to do! I'm not sure about the weight gain, I think you are right though in saying that it's water etc, because i really…
