  • Did my last stage 1 B workout today. Feels great to finish this stage and move on to the next one.   • Hi ladies, I'm due to finish stage 1 on friday and would like some advice. I only lift 2x a week on a wednesday and friday, would you recommend taking the full rest week between stages (which would mean I wouldn't lift for 12 days:frown: ) Or should I go straight in to stage 2 on wednesday??

  • Did workout 5b yesterday and man my glutes know about it today. Walking, sittting, going upstairs, all are uncomfortable; on the plus side my lower back aches less than last time so my back strength must be increasing :bigsmile:
