You most certainly can do it. A healthy, nutrient dense daily diet and exercise will melt you to whatever size you desire. The first two weeks are the hardest (food cravings and soreness from exercise). After that you will get a feeling of pride and accomplishment with every good choice you make. When I'm eating breakfast alone I eat my crispy fried egg white with my fingers. I eat everything else with fork and knife. I just love the feel of eggs.

I am doing my best to find healthy people. Problem is I can seem to find many :-). I rarely drink and am against chips (French fries), therefor I don't hang out in the pub. EVERYONE goes to the pub for a night out. There's a local running group. Once I can do 10k up and down hill I intend to join them. I'm not far off it.…
